Our adventure began over President's Day weekend 2012...we were off to Sandy, Utah on a family vacation/ski trip. Thanks Meme and Boppa!!! We had no idea what this trip really had in store for us. Looking back at it, it was definitely divinely timed. The trip was FANTASTIC...tons of family fun and the entire Dawes family was able to hit the slopes. What we weren't expecting was that a small little comment would turn into a life changing adventure...
A brand new Scheel's is being built in Sandy, Utah and my aunt Karen is the store manager...she mentioned that she would love Brandon to be a part of her team there as an Assistant Store Leader. To make a long story short by the time we were home from the airport on Monday Brandon had an official invite to be a part of her team and so the wheels starting turning for us. With in 10 days we had made the decision to pack up and move to Sandy, Utah. We are so excited about our move and want to keep everyone posted so I figured starting a blog would be the best way to keep everyone posted. :)
Brandon has started work in Utah and me and the girls finished up the school year and are now enjoying summer to the fullest!!! We are doing our best to stay patient with the sale of our house here in Sioux Falls and trust that the sale will come at the perfect time.
