Ava and Kaylinn are enjoying soccer and I of course love it because it burns that excess energy off!!! They have games every Thursday and practices every Saturday morning. We will get some time off this holiday week...which will be nice to refuel a little. It has been so fun to watch them get better and better each week...one of my favorite things as a parent is watching my girls compete!!
Bailey stays very busy with gymnastics and they are busy getting the level 5 routines down. It is crazy how many more skills they will be doing in competition this year. Bailey has also enjoyed watching her little sisters play soccer. She is also into playing school with her sisters...she is quite the clone of her mother...which I have to say isn't too bad. :) Bailey will be taking her first flight on her own in December...she will head to Omaha to spend some time with the Adler's for Christmas. I will be honest I am putting on quite a front for her, I am of course a little nervous, but in the end it will be a smooth flight and it will be so worth it for her to spend some time back in Omaha!!
I am having all kinds of fun taking on new projects...all kinds of projects. :) I do lots of sewing during the day and it is so much fun!! My latest project is recreating cars, homes and places for felt maps for Teddy and Charlies Christmas present. They will LOVE them!!! I have been doing all kinds of Disney princess dresses for the girls and they love those...I even made a simple dress for Bailey to wear when when she is a teacher. I am also doing all kinds of crafty things for the house...Jacey and I have officially started craft days...Saturdays that the boys work. :)
Brandon and some of his co-workers will be running a turkey trot on Thursday...all will be decked out in turkey suits and rumor has it that one runner will be dressed as Elmer Fudd. Obviously we will be posting pics. LOL!!!
I am excited to be branching out from my usual green bean casserole contribution for Thanksgiving...this year I will be doing pies/desserts!! It will be a bittersweet day as we will get to spend time with family that we haven't seen on this holiday for years, but we will of course be missing our family back in SD!!! Thank heavens for technology and Skype.
Well that is all for now.
Continue to be thankful for all the blessings that continue to come our way...we took a leap of faith with this adventure and it seems to be fitting us nicely.
