the SURPRISE of 2013...

I have been a little slow to get this post up...but as usual the Dawes home has been busy!! We have once again made it a year from some petty big events in out life...it has been one year since signing all the papers to get the ball rolling on our new home. It has also been one year since we had to spend last Easter without Brandon, have to admit it was so nice to have him with us again this year.

I am so glad that my parents had scheduled a visit in March...right before my birthday and was also excited Chad(my youngest bro) and his gf Andi were coming as well. I spent a couple days getting the house ready...I was so excited to host some of our guests at our new place!!

Family was expected around 9am on Friday and I couldn't have prepared myself for the surprise of my sister and baby William walking through the door...best ever!!! After recovering from the surprise we packed in all kinds of fun things!!! Family dinner(to celebrate birthdays and graduation), gymnastics meet, dance performance, big girl shopping and much more. Those are just the highlights!!

It was so fun to spend so much time with meme, Boppa, Chad, Andi, Ang and baby William. Already counting down to July for our visit back home SD!!! (Will always be home to me)
